- Continuously Implement OPEX in the organization to improve the KPI of the factory.
4. 引导团队成员提升个人价值。
- Coaching team member on self development.
5. 尊重当地劳动法以及迪卡侬社会法规。
- Respect local labor law as well as Decathlon social regulations.
6. 负责工厂的盈利能力。
- Responsible for the Profitability of the factory
7. 提供现场的工作坊给迪卡侬供应商来一起迈向卓越运营。
- Together with Decathlon suppliers toward operational excellence by providing onsite workshops.
8. 定期检验工厂绩效并向工厂委员会汇报。
- Regularly review the performance and present it to the factory committee.
9. 向迪卡侬供应商推广***实践并帮助实施复制。
- Promote the best practice and support the duplication in Decathlon suppliers.
10. 始终保持南京工厂在智能制造的领先地位来推进供应商进行产业升级。
- Keep the leading role in advanced manufacturing to inspire and boost the production transformation.

一、经验知识要求：
1. 5年工厂管理经验 - 5 years experience in the industry
2. 强大的车间管理和引导能力 - Strong capability in workshop management and coaching.
3. 项目领导 - project leadership
4.关于精益，5S，社会和质量审计（ISO）的知识 - knowledge on LEAN, 5S , Social and Quality audit (ISO)
