· 遵守公司各项规章制度和EHS制度的要求，及时发现并纠正班组其他员工的违章和不安全行为。

· 生产操作：按照生产操作指南，带领小组操作员工安全，高质量地完成主管分配的当日工作任务。

· 设备保养：通过每日对设备的清洁与点检，发现故障或异常，及时报修，以保证所有设备使其随时可供使用，以确保有效和高效的生产。

· 生产场所的日常清洁整理。组织小组整改各项评审中发现的本区域的不符合项。

· 通过日常工作的操作经验，向主管提出合理化建议。

· 对新员工的支持：支持小组的新操作员，提供导向和岗位培训，如设备操作，安全，工艺和方法等，使新的成员能很快地进行熟练的操作。

其他：

1.我司工厂生产的是汽车涂料，提供上下班班车与午餐，但不提供住宿。
