Responsibilities:

- Structured project planning and visualization

- Hands-on project management

- Assist to structure and draft out planning and break down for project conceptional phase

- Support innovation investigation process

- Coordinate technical exchanges with suppliers in China

- Prepare technical documentations by demand

- Meeting and workshop preparations and arrangements

- Other supporting tasks in team

Qualification:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering 

- Fluent English both in written and oral

- 2+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing innovation fields

- Good Knowledge about hardware/software and integration

- Strong MS Office Skills – emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

- Project planning, project control, risk management

- Experience with suppliers, budget control, conception

- Excellent communication skill, ability to communicate cross culturally 

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Strong adaptability to changes

- Strong multitasking skills

- Work with a high level of self-responsibility, willingness to constantly rethink and improve, motivation to over-achieve goals

Location:

- Based in Shenzhen

- Mobility to other locations depending project requirements
