职位描述
职责包括：
?管理涉及多个利益相关者的大型集成解决方案的交付
?确定复杂的集成IT基础架构解决方案的总体项目计划，预算，结构，时间表和人员配置要求。
?领导多国/多伙伴项目的设计/交付；是项目管理方法论和工具的关键技术贡献者。
?解决复杂，影响力大的项目设计，协调问题
经验（基本）：
?具有14年以上IT工作经验的工程学位
?5年以上IT基础架构-系统集成计划管理经验
?必须具备IT基础架构领域知识
?能够制定和监控项目进度表和时间表以识别并达到关键的里程碑
?能够按预算成本交付项目并跟踪预算
?精通项目管理工具和流程
?必须有良好和有效的书面和口头交流（中英文）。
经验（首选）
?在国际商业环境中工作的经验
?DC迁移，合并，改造项目/程序的工作经验
?PMP / PRINCE 2认证
