职责描述：
1.Implement modern DFT solutions for leading edge ICs on latest technology nodes
2.Understand and then implement the Marvell DFT architecture
3.Work with RTL, verification, physical implementation, and timing teams during this DFT implementation.
4.Set-up, run, and debug IP-level ATPG runs
5.Integrating the scripts and Makefile into a unified DFT flow

任职要求：
1.Hands-on experience with scan test, logic and memory BIST/BISR, functional test, JTAG, and other test methodologies
2.Strong background in industry standard scan test (including scan compression) and memory BIST/BISR tools
3.Experience and knowledge of Synthesis, IC routing and static timing tools
4.Experience and knowledge of functional verification, especially of DFT features
5.Experience and knowledge of modern JTAG standards and implementation
6.Proficiency with programming and scripting languages such as Perl/TCL Preferred/Plus
7.Experience with board/bench debug features and capabilities strongly desired Other Skills
8.Must have effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
9.Proficiency in working with cross functional and cross site teams.
10.Excellent communication skills
11.Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills.
12.Has an inherent sense of urgency and accountability
13.Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
14.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 3-5 years of related professional experience.
Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred.
