1、协助店铺的运营工作，提高店铺点击率和浏览量， 完成店铺的销售目标；

2、店铺活动提报、资源位争取及相应的执行跟进工作；

3、协助线上活动和专题的策划，线上推广创意及效果优化；

4、对店铺的IP、PV、销量、跳出率、地域分布、转化率等做出专业的数据分析，及时对店铺运营进行改进；

5、做好竞争对手网站的数据的采集、评估与分析。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，半年以上服装类目天猫旗舰店工作经验，有志于在电商行业长期发展的优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑；

2、熟悉天猫各类规则，对电商运营有自己的想法；

3、良好的英语沟通及书面能力，有国外留学经验优先考虑；

4、优秀的逻辑思维能力，沟通协调能力及执行力；

5、工作责任心及主动性强，具备团队协作精神，优秀的学习能力与创新能力；
