职位描述：

• Setup, maintain and guard the gate model for R&D projects and maintain the roadmap and features of power products 设置，维护和维护研发项目的门径模型，并维护电源产品的路线图和功能

• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders  不断监控项目进度并向相关人员报告

• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions   提供定义项目进度，问题和解决方案的报告

• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs  实施和管理项目变更和干预措施，以实现项目产出

• Evaluate project and assess the result 评估项目并评估结果

任职要求：

• Bachelor/Master Degree in engineering  工程学学士/硕士学位

• 6+ years of experience, including 3 years of project management experience   6年以上工作经验，包括3年项目管理经验

• PMP certified preferable 有PMP证书为佳

• Able to work independently and under pressure 能够独立工作并承受压力

• Strong communication skills and customer oriented attitude 较强的沟通能力和以客户为中心的态度

• Able to communicate with all level staffs within the company 能够与公司内所有级别的员工进行沟通

• Good English and Chinese communication skill 良好的中英文沟通能力
