Job Description:

1.Processing Import/Export Orders in compliance with SOP

 根据SOP处理进出口订单

2.Customer service function

客户服务职能

3.Communication with consignees, vendors, network (Leschaco affiliates and agents)

与收货人、供应商、网络（Leschaco附属公司和代理商）的沟通

4.Prepare, distribute and file Import/Export related documentation

准备，分派和整理进出口相关文件

5.Maintain and complete data in operation system (ABS)

维护和完成操作系统中的数据（ABS）

6.Check and book incoming invoices

检查并预定收发货发票

7.Create and book outgoing invoices

核对并预订发货发票

8.Support Procurement and Sales with feedback in regards to vendor quality and price compliance

为采购和销售提供供应商质量和价格合规方面的反馈

Job Requirement岗位要求:

1. Related 3 years+ working experience in freight forwarding industry

三年以上国际货运代理行业的相关工作经验

2. College degree

专科以上学历

3. Good command of English, CET 4 or above

熟练掌握英语，CET4级及以上

4. Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications

良好办公软件运用知识

5. Open-minded, good communication skill

6. Strong sense of responsibility, undertake pressure
