Major Job Duies and Responsibilities: 

• Prepare import and export documents & certificates;
• Coordinate with the third-party vendors/forwarders for import and export management and track import and export related process;
• Other tasks related to import and export or tasks assigned by supervisor;

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree;
• Preferably at least 2 to 5 years' experience on import and export, however good candidates with strong & positive learning attitude might also be considered;
• Preferably Pharmaceutical or Life Science or Chemical or Healthcare industry;
• Be familiar with (or be able to learn & acquire) import and export process on biological materials, like cell line, antigen & antibody, reagents and consumables, etc.
• Good written and spoken English and Microsoft Office skill

• Independent working ability with minimal supervision 
• Strong inter-personal communication ability 
• Customer-centric, Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result oriented 
• Have a “can-do” attitude and willingness to be hands-on
• Persistency and urgency in following up and ensure timely executions
