Responsibilities:

-Optimize process quality management, develop the quality plan to improve product and process quality level and ensure quality needs of customer are taken into account.

-To make quality trend analysis, coordinate the analysis for the main quality issues both in before delivery and after delivery, follow up, and supervise the action plan implementation.

- Partner with program manager to complete periodic status reviews, understand timetables and program terminology.

- Take responsibility for process flow definition and validation as well as perform project progress control.

- Responsible for coordinating among R&D development teams, operation teams and sale & marketing for project implementation.

- Uses spreadsheet and other system tools extensively. Performs other related duties as required.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or higher, electronic engineering and computer science related majors are preferred. At least 4 years related experience, especially on process control and quality management system in semiconductor industry.

- Knowledge of project management, and basic knowledge in all stages of product development, basic high speed SerDes circuit design flow (including specification, architecture, and design implementation) would be an added advantage.

- Good command of written and spoken English

- Eager to learn, good interpersonal and communication skill

- Ability to work in unstructured environments and to drive the goal from start to achievement, strong self-motivation.

- Good team work spirit and able to work with diverse team members in China and overseas.
