JOB IDENTIFICATION
Supervise production process control & quality management system of the suppliers so as to guarantee products/equipments delivered from the process & quality system is up to our Spec. & drawings.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Take leading role in supplier qualification process by taking onsite production process & quality system audit of the potential supplier with quality engineers & category leaders;

2.Work with internal customers & quality engineers to define Quality Control Plan/Factory Acceptance Test Plan for product/equipment onsite inspection;

3.Take regular onsite audits for the active suppliers in terms of production process control, quality system management, at least once for each supplier every 2 months, to ensure the validated process and system are still being respected and avoid change of the process without notice;

4.Deal with certifying audits by 3rd party with support of quality engineers, such as Watermark certificate for valves, CE certificate for couplings...

5.Lead new products/ & references development with support of quality engineer and internal customers and report regularly the progress and seek supports when blocking points appears;

6.Evaluate/Review every 6 month quality performance of the supplier by working together with quality engineer and issue reports to customers & sourcing managers, and follow up action plans;

7.Improve and formalize supplier quality management system of sourcing team with support from sourcing manager;

8.Help supplier to optimize production process and achieve sustainable quality improvement by working closely with quality counterpart of internal customers & quality engineers;

9.Audit quality engineers' onsite inspection of deliveries and feedback the report to category team leaders and sourcing manager.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT

1.Report directly to Sourcing Manager with functionally reporting from engineers;
2.Locate in Ma'anshan/Xuzhou/Shanghai;
3.English is working language;
4.Work closely with the counterparts at customer side, supplier site and PAM plants in CHN;
5.Collaborate with category leaders and quality engineers;
6.Frequent travels and possibly irregular working time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor degree of engineer background, preferably in foundry/mechanical area;
2. 5 years of working experience of quality management area in plant or supply-chain;
3. Be open, responsible and good at coaching and selling solutions/proposals;
4. Proficient in both oral and written English.

随着圣戈班集团在华投资的不断加大，徐州基地生产规模不断扩大。2009年新增大口径铸铁管件和超大口径铸管生产线。
