职位描述：

1、组织、安排、管理店内的销售等日常工作，带领所属人员完成销监督并培训店员销售技巧，产品知识等；

2、合理安排店面员工分工，调动员工潜力；

3.熟悉店铺ERP操作流程，保证本店货品在ERP系统中与店内实际货品数量一致

合理及有条理性安排盘点工作；

4、严格执行公司财务制度和现金保管规范；

5、配合VM人员组织布置店内的商品陈列布局，保持店面产品布局的新颖合理；

5、留意店铺各项设施与设备（如电器、装修等）的运作正常，负责店内的安全（信息安全、货品安全和人员安全）和保密工作；

6、留意及分析生意状况，从不同渠道分析店铺的生意表现，并在人员、货品、摆位方面等给出合理性建议。

任职要求：

1、36周岁以内，形象气质佳；

2、3年以上品牌产品或轻奢产品工作经验（饰品行业优先）；

4、熟练掌握柜台商品进销，盘点，货品转存，销售统计等店务工作；

5、有较强的领导能力，良好的沟通协调能力，表达力，执行力和学习能力；

6、能吃苦耐劳，有创业精神；有较强的营销能力，业绩突出，服务意识强。

7、此岗位要求有营业员上岗证（无证愿意在职考亦可），健康证，学历证。

薪资福利：底薪+高绩效奖金+高提成+连单奖+六险一金

工作时间：做五休二，带薪病假，带薪年假
