Job Description

1.????? Portfolio Complexity reduction:

  • Initiating and driving the process of complexity reduction across Purpose Teams, regions and plants
  • Global Strategy development
  • Yearly target definition and close follow-up during the year
  • Coordination of activities of all involved parties
  • Support of counter-partners around the globe in project implementation
  • Building transparency within the organization on project status, challenges and opportunities
  • Process excellence by continuous identification of issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses and synthesizing conclusions into actions with strong and fast implementation
  • Process standardization

2.????? Management of overarching marketing projects (e.x. Simplify, Renaming)

3.????? New products development (e.x. Backpack, Toolwaist)


Qualifications

o?? Passion for Operations transformation and willingness to develop an ascending career within the Operations Practice ?

o?? Strategic mindset with profound implementation abilities

o?? Entrepreneurial and “out of the box” thinking and acting

o?? Very good in communication and collaboration in multinational/-cultural environment, managing stakeholders and bringing people to common agreement
