Key Accountabilities:    

• Provide test strategies, test plan and test specifications based on project requests
• Monitor and measure performance testing strategies, process and review results
• Develop, review, maintain and improve automation framework & scripts, integrate into DevOps platform
• Monitor and measure automation testing progress and results, provide improvement solutions
• Provide and develop solutions to automation technical issues
• Implement and optimize DevOps automation testing processes, standard practices and procedures
• Work and coordinate with development teams, operation team and vendor teams, ability to take on multiple assignments
• Help to build testing management system
• Review and improve automation test approach, methodology and process
• Introduce test tools and provide advice on technical decisions and best practice to testing team members
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation with focus on quality risk and schedule risk

Education & Professional Qualification

• Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering recommended
• Good communication and coordination capability and highly motivated
• Excellent analytical and trouble shooting skills
• 3+ years of hands-on experiences in software automation testing in e-commerce/APP/H5/mini program project

                    

    

Knowledge/Experience

• Solid API automation experience
• Solid Jira experience
• Experience with JAVA/Python programming
• Skilled in at least one automation tool, such as Selenium, RTF etc.
• Knowledge of Linux, script language, Git, Jenkins, Docker, SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with automation framework design
• Knowledge of DevOps process
• Knowledge of Micro-service
