主要职责：

1.严格履行岗位职责，确保负责的区域和业务开展符合公司职业健康、安全与环境，质量及两化融合等体系，以及公司廉洁从业行为准则的管理要求；建立健全负责区域和业务的相关流程，保障业务成果的交付率与交付质量，持续优化业务成本，做好相应资产管理；

2.确立模具维护质量控制标准（MQC），并监查确保标准得以100%实施；

3.依据生产计划制定模具月度保养计划，确保模具得到定期保养并处于高水平，减少模具突发故障；

4.及时解决模具突发生产故障，减少模具故障处理时间；

5.编制模具维护预算，准备或改善备件、工具和其它模具维修设施,并发掘降低预算的改善活动。

6.组织模具零部件国产化和本地化开发分析，提供模具加工图纸,负责模具加工设备的导入和设备的使用有效性；

7.分析模具维修成本，编制成本降低计划，控制备件库存；

8.培养高技术维修人员，持续提高维护效率和技术水平

9.公司安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

1.精通3D 设计软件和2D AutoCAD软件；

2.精通模具设计；

3.理解或掌握铸造高压工艺和砂型工艺；

4.了解铸造建立模型和铸造模具和工艺模拟分析基本知识；

5.工作细心、品格端正、正直、诚实、乐于团队协作。

优先录用条件：

1. 掌握数理分析，能够运用QC等七大工具；

2. 具有开展项目经验。
