1. To be the Customer Service of Air Import business

2. Supply best service to all clients, including tracing shipments, operating shipment, helping client solve problems, coordinating relation between all parties

3. Check AWB, overseas invoice, agent invoice for freight collect shipments

4. Handle shipments under door to door service independently

5. Reply overseas inquiry for any shipment tracing

6. Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of her duty from the Management of the Company or other sources

7. Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of her belong to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness

职位要求：

1. College graduate or above

2. More than 2 years working experience in air freight

3. Good in spoken and written English

4. Good computer skills (MS office software)
