1. Release and update supplier schedule, include delivery order and forecast to supplier weekly according to customer forecast through QAD system. Track the confirmation and shipment. 

根据QAD系统的客户需求，每周更新和下达供应商订单和预测，跟踪供应商的确认和交付

2. Monitor, evaluate and analyze suppliers performance to optimize supplier OTP

评价和监控供应商的表现，分析并采取行动计划以提高供应商的OTP

3. Follow up the material in transit until receiving and payment, coordinate with third party logistic forwarder to make sure shipment arrive as scheduled.

跟踪在途的货物直到收货和付款，和第三方货代协调沟通以保证货物按照计划到达，满足生产

4. Carry out shortage analysis; Communicate upcoming shortages to related functions in a timely manner.

缺料分析，识别可能发生的缺料并及时和相关部门沟通协调

5. Analyze the raw material inventory to make sure the reasonable inventory level is maintained and find ways for continuously improvement to achieve ITR target. Keep the master data maintaining and checking to prevent obsoleted stock.

库存分析，确保合理的库存周转率，持续改善并通过更新维护基础数据降低库存，避免呆滞

6. Coordinate new programs, engineering changes and EOP projects to ensure the elimination of any obsolescence.

新项目，工程变更，EOP的协调沟通，以避免呆滞库存

7. Control the cost through the best transportation options and reduce premium freight.

通过选择最优的国际运输方式降低成本，并减少异常费用

8. Data analysis and report.

数据分析和 报表等工作

9. Continuous improvement and other tasks assigned by manager.

 持续改善和领导安排的其他工作

任职要求：

1. Proficiency in English listening, speaking and writing;

熟练英文听说读写 

2. Skilled in using Office software, especially EXCEL, PPT;

熟练使用Office软件,特别是EXCEL函数，PPT等 

3. Know international purchasing & logistic procurement process is better;

了解国际采购流程为佳

4. Know ERP system is better;

了解ERP系统为佳 

5. Bachelor's degree or above majored in  logistics;

本科及以上学历，物流相关专业；
