Title：project controls support
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the project controls support can be summarized as follows:
- Collect cost data and update into relevant reports to support centralized IOU reporting request
- Track EP monthly cost expenditure with compliance with cost coding requirement, check costs for compliance with the contract as well as conformance with company policies, procedures, and prime contract terms
- Track monthly cost expenditure with compliance with cost coding requirement
- Track project controls team action status
- Prepare data chart report for project reviews, management reviews, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

- Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed
- Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
Experience/Skill Requirement
Essential
- Chemical Process or Mechanical background is preferred.
- Strong computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs.
- Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
- Language: Bilingual – Chinese & English
- Fluent oral communication in English
Desirable
- Relevant Working Experience: 3 years project experience in Chemical or Petrochemical industry is preferred.
- Cost awareness and sensitivity is expected
