？要执行计划的活动，例如每日检查，服务器重新启动，等等...
？监视日志和警报，性能阈值管理
？对主要事件/问题进行根本原因分析
磁盘管理：压缩分区和共享，磁盘配额，DFS
补丁管理和防病毒管理
？分析受监视的服务器参数（CPU，内存，磁盘等）。
？卷管理器管理
？网络OS / SW安装
？关于高可用性的知识
？系统/错误日志文件管理。
