Position Summary

The primary task of this position will be to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues, install and support the systems, and assist with the day-to-day operations for company global IT infrastructure to provide for the growth of dMed’s initiatives. These duties will be performed in compliance with policy guidelines and within timeframes as defined in the team’s SLAs and/or project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports Windows OS diagnoses and troubleshoots computer and general network issues.
• Provides timely resolution of end user problems
• Provide support for field personnel remote communications and connectivity
• Basic administration of phone systems.
• IT Assets management.
• As necessary, performs other duties as required.
• Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing assigned duties including company management and outside business associates.
• Exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines\standards.
• Organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes.
• Maintain updated knowledge of policies, procedures, products and activities of assigned area.
• Support company business continuity and disaster recovery plan and actions.

Education and Key Competency Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training/education.
• Experience in desktop support and must have 3 years of experience supporting international and or global organizations.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux and computer hardware and software at an intermediate or advanced level
• Experience in provisioning & support with Cisco VOIP hardware/software or an equivalent VOIP ecosystem.
• Knowledge of IP networks, DNS, DHCP and experience with troubleshooting all aspects of wired and wireless configurations.
• Experience with MS SCCM or equivalent computer imaging.
• Experienced in remote customer support including wireless LAN access, VPN, DSL, and Cable services
• Experience in Backups, Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows server environments
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with PC’s, Powerful Workstations, Laptop hardware and software.
• Good oral and written communication skills and able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language on all levels.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to details with excellent follow up.
• General understanding of server computing, networking, phone setup- support, storage, virtualization and business applications.

• Prior experience in site setup is preferred.
• Experience on Linux is better
• Experience on Database maintenance will be a plus.

创始人 - 谭凌实博士：拥有20多年跨国一流制药公司总部高级管理经验。此前担任辉瑞公司全球药物开发运营副总裁，在中国成功创建了首屈一指的研发中心，且经历10多年发展壮大到多个地点，成为辉瑞全球核心的研发中心之一，承担药物临床开发、安全风险管理、注册、临床稽查等关键职能。谭博士多年为RDPAD, DIA 的核心成员，担任重要职务,包括研发委员会主席, 全球董事等。谭博士还带头建立了与国内一流高校的教育培训合作，比如复旦大学、北京大学，交通大学。培养了不少拥有专业技能和行业知识的临床数据管理和编程人才。谭博士有在美国建立初创企业的经验，且在美国一流制药企业研发中心工作多年。谭博士拥有生物统计博士学位。
