THE POSITION

Establish the regional Supply Chain Planning approach for BU Conveying Solutions according to the BU requirements and in line with ContiTech SCM.

Lead the definition, alignment, development and implementation of:

? Regional SIOP Process

? Regional capacity utilization and order fulfillment strategy

? The required SC Planning systems, processes, methods & standards

? A qualification concept and related trainings

? Regional Planning KPIs and scorecard

? Support and ensure the operational execution of these processes:

? Monitor the operational results and the achievements of defined regional targets

? Ensure required improvement activities / corrective actions are initiated

? Consider risk & opportunity assumptions and potential scenarios

? Provide guidance to the Plants for Demand / Order allocation

? Ensure alignment & feedback loops on regional level with manufacturing for an improved capacity utilization, Sales/KAMs, Marketing & Controlling for sales / financial planning, etc.

? Short-, Mid and Long-term Demand Planning based on Sales Forecast

? Synchronization and establishment of sourcing, production and delivery plans

? Inventory management

? Support complaint management

? Provide alternatives and scenarios with clear assumptions and costs in case demand is higher than supply and prioritize production in line with the region sales/customer priorities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

? Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, business administration, economics, engineering, operations (university / university of applied science)

? 7 years professional experience in SCM Planning, manufacturing, operations, purchasing and/or sales

? Experience in Planning of Global/Regional End to End Supply Chain & logistics processes

? Project management experience in major SCM Planning projects

? Participation in implementing Global Planning processes and IT systems

? CBS knowledge and proven track record

? Leadership experience min 2+ years or extensive project management experience on segment/BU level

? Experienced in working successfully on an international level in projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

? Experience with SIOP process
