·       With understanding of Production capacity timely, consolidate the total Master Demand Schedule/MDS (forecast and Orders) into the Master Production Schedule/MPS, work to achieve a leveled load through the production unit. 

 ·       With full understanding of MRP, convert the MRP to planned PR to buyer, and planned Work Order to production, and follow up the Work Order until final shipment completion, is the critical point of accountability for OTTR activity. 

·       Work together with Customer Service on to response to pull in/push out of customer orders 

 ·       Analysis of current and future part shortages of parts, expedite buyer for purchased parts 

 ·       Advise the production floor regarding the details of part shortages and arrival 

 ·       Initiate and participate in continuous improvement Kaizen activities. 

 ·       Develop and maintain the pull system. Include appropriate work instructions for own position and input for direct operator work instructions regarding the pull system. 

 ·       Monitor kanban and other visual replenishment systems to minimize the waiting and inventory waste 

 ·       Periodically review MPS & OTTR performance, review the available capacity and materials supply with related people. 

 ·       Monitor and control the material status and WIP& stock inventory 

 ·       Control production material issuance & Daily production output to see if can meet our MPS and customer orders
