Main responsibilities:
* Be responsible for process development and related documents creation for new sensors by working with new product development team.

* Be responsible for efficiently setup new production Test Equipment and maintain.
* Be responsible for existing process improvement to increase efficiency.
* Effectively drive product testing and data analysis to support sensor product development.
* Participate in New product development like prototype builds, development and qualification tests, design reviews, customer visits etc, to make sure high quality DFM.
* Be responsible for software development for product or laboratory and programming for sensor calibration.
* Able to work as liaison between global new product development teams (US, India, and China) and local integrated supply chain for flawless launch.
Requirements:
* Gas sensor product /process experience is must requirement, problem solving experience, Blackbelt a plus
* Bachelor’s Degree or above in electrical Engineering discipline

* A minimum of 3 year’s process development engineering experience is requested

* Strong hands on experience on test equipment and software operations and data analysis, like Oscilloscope, multi-meter, power supply.
* Strong Capability on LabVIEW programming, C and C++ programming

* Basic knowledge on electrical design is needed
* Good understanding of sensors is a plus
* Ability to multi-task and stay organized, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Fluent skills in both written and oral English
