1. Responsible for ordering process and SAP transaction for Valvoline BU.

   负责Valvoline BU 的订单在SAP系统中的处理。

2. Communicate with distributors professionally including customer inquiry, order confirmation, service complaints, shipment arrangement, payment status etc.

      与经销商进行专业沟通，包括客户咨询、订单确认、服务投诉、发货安排、付款情况等。

 3.Co-ordinate with internal and external business partners to fulfill the customer requirement and solve the problems proactively and timely.

     协调内部和外部业务伙伴，以满足客户的需求，并积极及时地解决问题。

4.the Valvoline in daily operation of import & export and coordinate for customs clearance.

    支持Valvoline的日常进出口操作，协调清关工作。

5.Strong customer focus and problem-solving skill

   以客户为导向并且有能力解决相关问题。

6.Professional communication and collaboration skills.

   良好的沟通技巧以及协作能力。

7.Ordinary VAT invoice knowledge.

   增值税发票等相关知识.。

Education学历、教育背景要求 

Bachelor’s degree 

本科

Experience工作经验要求:

More than 3 years CS or logistics experience

至少拥有三年客服或物流相关工作经验。

Knowledge专业知识要求:

Be good at systematic analyzing, organizing and executing.

良好的系统分析、组织和执行能力.

Skills技能、技术要求:

Strong communication skills capability to deal with complexity

较强的沟通能力以及处理复杂问题的能力。

Language语言能力要求：
