职位描述

Job Description
  • Recruiting, enablement and go-to-market revenue execution with SI partners and distributors against sales, profit target and other business objectives
  • Manage existing partners and recruit new partners of sales growth, profit maintenance
  • Opening new markets and solution areas leveraging SI partner reach and domain expertise
  • Coaching SI partners and distributors to enable them to deliver solution and be able to replicate the processes and maximize sales revenue with highest efficiency
  • Coordinating with partners to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue, account mapping
  • Building and managing the coordinated co-sell / resell pipeline with SI partners and distributors
  • Resolving partner related issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashion
  • Managing daily sales activities with partners and distributors to achieve revenue, profit and other business objectives
  • Attend meetups and drive events with partners and prospects
  • Performing business reviews and recommend improvements for partners and distributors

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in solution channel sales or key account management
  • Existing relationship with SI partner and potential customer in construction is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of fundamentals of IoT solution delivery knowledge is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the channel sales process, growing deal registrations, incentive programs
  • Deep understanding of bidding process in winning construction projects
  • Expertise and acumen in forging initiatives and go-to-market sales pipeline development plans with business partners
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets with partners both influenced and resell sales motions
  • Experience with solution selling / consultative selling methodologies
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Accept frequent travel (30-50% of workload)
  • Bachelor degree or above
