Job Description

?Brand Website owner (40%) defining key objectives and key results across emerging markets:

?UX/UI improvements, continuous iteration (e.g. on-site search, buy now, dealer locator)

?Vision and requirements for next generation upgrade (e.g. functionality, localization)

?Best practice enablement and quality control for operations (oversight, training, etc.)

?SEO/SEA lead (30%) for emerging markets:

?Develop insights-driven strategy, based on regular search audits in key countries

?Advise on content SEO direction to content marketing stakeholders

?Steer SEA investment and drive performance marketing results globally

?Digital touchpoint steering (30%) – supporting Digital Team in refining what we do on digital, why we do it, where, and how we make it excel:

?Owns governance process “start control” on any platform initiatives proposed to be launched by region or country to ensure global approach and solutions are utilized

?Best practice & clear definition of target groups, personas, user stories for each touchpoint;

?Link between user needs, business objectives via UX/UI optimization as a mandatory part of user & customer facing touchpoint (e.g. NPS, SEQ, Time-On-Task, Monthly Active Users, Consumer Lifetime Value).

?Detailed understanding and proposal for consolidation of various shared services and functions across platforms (e.g. After Sales Service, CRM, on-site search, dealer locator)

?Ensures a data-driven approach to KPIs, including tracking, global dashboards,

?Consultation with platform owners to assess progress, reduce inefficiency/overlaps in objectives, increase transparency, and maintain momentum for digital in one direction


Qualifications

?Experienced deriving insights and actions from digital tracking metrics (Hotjar, Tealium, Google Analytics)

?Proven SEO/SEA experience from strategy to tactics and implementation

?Strategic and open mindset for defining and steering a global digital ecosystem

?Proven track record linking UX/UI optimization, user-centricity, and applying design thinking practices to concrete business objectives

?Fluent English as working language, written and spoken skills; additional languages are a plus.
