一、主要职责Key Responsibilities

1、负责电机控制器的应用层软件开发. 

1. Responsible for MCU application software design. 

2、负责根据客服需求对整车CAN 报文输入输出信号进行匹配。

2. Responsible for CAN martix matching work according customer requirements. 

3、负责根据系统层面的电气仿真及测试来进行电机弱磁控制算法优化。

3. Responsible for optmizing Field Oriented Control according to system-level simulation and test result. 

4、负责开发IGBT结温估算算法。 

4. Responsible for developing ICBT Temperature control algorithm. 

5、负责开发转子结温估算算法。 

5. Responsible for developing Rotor Temperature control algorithm. 

6、负责开发无位置传感器算法。

6. Responsible for develop sensorless control algorithm. 

7、负责根据客户实车测试结果完成防抖算法开发。 

7. Responsible for developing motor anti-shake function according to customer requirements and  vehicle test result. 8、负责根据客户需求完成驻坡功能开发，并协助硬件工程师提出该功能硬件设计要求。 

8. Responsible for developing Hill-hold function according to customer requirements, and assist hardware engineer complete function design requirement. 

9、负责开发旋变初始角自学习功能，协助生产优化EOL测试。

9. Responsible for developing initial angle   self-learning function, and assisting operation team optimize EOL test.        

二、任职资格Qualifications

1、本科及以上学历，电力电子，电气自动化等相关专业

1、Bachelor degree or above；Major in power electronics, electrical engineering；

2、3年及以上电机应用层软件岗位工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先。

2、At least 3 years MCU application software design experience, automotive industry experience is preferred.

3、 熟悉永磁同步电机弱磁控制

3、.Familiar with PMSM Field Oriented Control.

4、熟悉英飞凌IGBT模块应用及温升特性

4. Familiar with infineon IGBT module and temperature rise characteristic.

5、熟悉整车驻坡功能，防抖功能参数要求

5、Familiar with Hill-hold funtion and anti-shake function parameters.

6、掌握英语六级及以上语言能力，进行英语日常交流；

6. Master cet-6 and above, and conduct daily English communication;
