主要职责：

l不断优化玛歌瑞特现有教学体系并开发新课程；

l负责确保所有教师按照教学标准提供优质的英语教学； 

l通过听课，教师会议及教师报告等形式督导团队；

l负责中外教招聘及面试；

l负责外籍教师及中方教师的职培训（含教学及家校沟通服务），并协助校长对所有新进教学员工的培训；

l负责校区所有教师的绩效考评；

l负责教授课程安排和跟进；

l设计各类中西方节庆方案并带头落地执行；

l安排各类形式的家校沟通：主持家长说明会并定期举行家长下午茶会沟通；

l完成校长交代的其他任务。

任职要求：

l本科以上学历，5年以上教学经验，特别是3-6岁国际幼儿园/培训机构教学经验

l具有至少1年的国际学校的外教管理的经验；

l出于中西融合的教学理念，评估和创造力，对国际教育有一定的理解；

l英语专业八级，熟练的听说理解能力（英语实际教学与管理能力很强者，此条件可放宽）；

Margaret International Kindergarten, a high-end brand under the Little Golden Star International Preschool Education Group, is looking for outstanding talents as the campus teaching supervisor. The working environment is Western. It is necessary to work with foreign teachers and Chinese teachers from all over the world, and use Margaret's popular teaching system to develop creative kindergarten courses. The teaching supervisor reports to the principal of Margaret International Kindergarten.

main duty:

l Continuously optimize Margaret's existing teaching system and develop new courses;

l Responsible for ensuring that all teachers provide high-quality English teaching in accordance with teaching standards;

l Supervise the team through lectures, teacher meetings and teacher reports;

l Responsible for the recruitment and interview of Chinese and foreign teachers;

l Responsible for on-the-job training of foreign teachers and Chinese teachers (including teaching and home-school communication services), and assist the principal in training all new teaching staff;

l Responsible for the performance evaluation of all teachers in the campus;

l Responsible for the arrangement and follow-up of students' courses;

l Design various Chinese and Western festival plans and take the lead in implementing them;

l Arrange various forms of home-school communication: host parent briefings and regularly hold parent afternoon tea parties for communication;

l Complete other tasks assigned by the principal.

job requirements:

l Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of teaching experience, especially 3-6 years old international kindergarten/training institution teaching experience

l Have at least 1 year of experience in the management of foreign teachers in an international school;

l Possess the teaching philosophy, values ??and creativity of Chinese and Western integration, and have a certain understanding of international education;

l Level 8 English major, proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing (for those with strong practical English teaching and management skills, this condition can be relaxed);
