工作职责:

负责公司旗下TEENIE WEENIE品牌 IP授权类业务的综合法务支持；

包括但不限于：合同拟定、合同审核、风险控制、侵权维权、业务纠纷处理，及公司内外部法务咨询。

任职资格:

本科以上学历，法学专业，知识产权法、经济法、民商法方向；

3年以上IP授权相关法务经验，熟悉IP授权类业务，有独立诉讼经验优先；

具备良好的沟通协调与商务谈判能力。

Founded in 1997 (the "Group"), Jinhong Fashion Group Co., Ltd. was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2014 under the stock code 603518.
