职位描述
1. 有两年以上工程管理经验，熟悉消防通风、冷热水系统，排水系统，消防水系统、中央空调系统、人防机电工程；变配电系统、智能弱电等系统；
2. 具有物业接管验收的承接查验工作经验；
3.做好能源控制管理工作；负责按照维护保养计划组织、检查各设备、设施的维修、保养及年检工作
4. 负责了解所辖项目各设备、设施的异常情况，及时组织人员做好供能、检修工作
5. 负责组织、参与突发事件的抢修和工程遗留问题的处理
6. 负责指导、管理、监督本部门下属人员的业务工作，改善工作质量，做好下属人员的绩效考核和奖励惩罚事项
7. 负责监管二次装修的管理工作
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历；
2、3年以上大型商场（购物中心）、写字楼大厦或工程管理经验；
3、有很强的逻辑思维能力和表达能力，管理和沟通能力；
4、具备相关的电气/机械/空调采暖/供水/锅炉/消防等专业技术知识。
