From Ecuadorian bananas to Norwegian salmon, our reefer division provides unparalleled cold chain sea logistics solutions to customers worldwide. There is now an excellent opportunity to join this unique product team to drive growth at a regional level.

As the regional reefer trade manager, you will take the lead in managing the Procurement of sea logistics for perishables. You also need to set the pricing strategy for potential and existing key accounts and streamline the Request For Quote (RFQ) process for the Asia Pacific Region.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain close relationships with Shipping Lines in the Asia Pacific Region
• Negotiate freight rates for Reefer with the Shipping Lines
• Decide the pricing strategy for RFQ’s related to the Asia Pacific Region
• Streamline the RFQ process for selected Target Accounts with global reefer logistics team
• Align the core carrier and pricing Strategy among the Asia Pacific reefer stations
• Take opportunity ownership for pre-defined reefer customer
• Closely coordinate with the corporate reefer team and other global counter parts on carrier and pricing strategies
• Make alignment with the Regional Trade Management Department on NOR opportunities
• Follow corporate Reefer team's KPI on data quality and system usage

Your Skills and Experiences

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years experience in sea logistics and have good understanding of reefer logistics. You are a good problem solver to drive solution by good analysis skill.
