1、负责国际旅游度假区各功能的策划创意、全程规划设计、土地利用模式的总体把控；

2、负责与规划设计顾问对接项目的前期概念性规划方案、项目初步设计方案、项目扩初设计项目施工图设计和园林景观设计方案；

3、负责对接政府规划设计相关部门对接，各设计单位的考察、选择和委托等工作； 

4、负责规划创意部门的团队搭建及管理工作，带领团队研究国内外主题度假区的规划建筑设计研究、产品和业态类型研究等工作； 

5、负责从规划创意角度跟进项目各阶段工作，包括：前期定位、产品设计与规划、报批报备、各环节招投标、施工变更洽商、现场技术支持与监督检验、阶段竣工验收、后期维护调整等。

6、配合制定国际旅游度假经营模式和盈利模式；

任职要求：

1、本科及以上，英语流利，建筑设计、景观设计、城市设计等相关专业。

2、8年以上综合房地产项目设计管理工作经验，有主题公园、室内游乐场、或大型主题商业的设计管理工作经验，能从设计概念而深化落实制作出符合设计要求的方案文本和施工图。

3、能独立准确完整的表达自己的设计思路，熟练空间、色彩、材质的运用和表现手法。

4、执行力强，具有良好的人际沟通和表达能力，理解并重视团队合作，对工作认真负责。
