Looking for a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible of leading the software development for IoT chipset reference design. You will work independently, efficiently and productively in a fast-paced environment with limited guidance and you will see a direct link among your work, company growth and user satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include platform bring up, Linux driver, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE and Zigbee stack, IoT application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal team or partners to delivery high quality IoT solution, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, Zigbee.
• Responsible for development of software components based on IoT chipsets, including design, coding, bug fixing, integration and unit tests.
• Design and maintain IoT driver and stack running on embedded host processor of IoT chipsets.
• Responsible for design new software features and develop new IoT related technologies.
• Define and implement middleware between customer applications and lower layer software.
• Collaborate with internal teams, take responsibility to create an IoT solution to reduce the TTM (Time-To-Market) for OEM/ODM customers.
• Influence and create technical documents for IoT solution.
• Provide efficient technical assistance such as training and debugging problems for internal team and customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 5+ years’ experience in software development. Master degree is preferred.

• Expert C or C++ developer, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Organized thinking and clear communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of embedded Linux development for IoT products. Experience of Bluetooth/BLE or Zigbee is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in designing, developing IoT products.
• Solid understanding of Bluetooth/BLE or Zigbee technology.
• Experience on middleware (OpenWrt, DD-WRT, Android etc.) development and debugging.
• Experience on program management and product development process.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
