Responsibilities:

1. Lead, drive, and be accountable as technical expert on business development in pre-sale activities in China.
2. Improve the biologics technical skills of BD Director/manager with training and assessment.

3. Key account visit to meet client’s objectives with technical solutions in site.

4. Technical biding back up to internal function expert in Director and VP level.

1. Technical presentation in webinar to expand the business leads.

6. Boost the sales goal with strategic thinking and not limited on technology.

7. Develop and sustain relationships with key account for long-term cooperation.

1. Collaborate with related teams to achieve sales goals, including BD, China regional marketing, PM, PD, MSAT, manufacturing, QC, QA and RA teams.

Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. of biology, immunology, medicine or related disciplines, preferred with oversea education and/or work experience.
2. Solid knowledge in 4+ fields of biologics development/manufacturing on monoclonal antibody, bispecific antibody, fusion protein, cytokines, plasmid, lentivirus and AAV.
3. 2+ years of work experience or 5+ years of education/work experience in 4+ fields of cell line development, upstream process development, downstream process development, formulation study, bioassay, pharmacology & toxicology, MSAT, manufacturing, quality study, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
4. Successful experience as key contributor in leading project for IND.
5. Strong negotiation, customer service, communication skills and strategic thinking. Familiar with the business development activity and strategy is a plus.
6. Demonstrated ability to advance multiple priority assignments concurrently and within established deadlines.
7. Demonstrated compressive ability and willingness on intensive business trip.
8. Deep understanding on industrial biotech, big pharma profiles and CDMO industry.
9. Good network in biologics industry or potential to be a key opinion leader is a plus.
