RESPOSIBILITIES

职责描述：

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for providing expert engineering work and analysis for the design and implementation of technical products and system.

电气工程师负责为技术产品和系统的设计和实施提供专业的指导和工作分析。

1.     Responsible for the design and approval of electric drawings for projects/products, such as Panel outline drawing, MCC&PLC panel drawing, electrical schematics, One Line diagram, cable routing & layout, electrical connection & wiring diagram etc.

负责项目/产品电气图纸的设计和批准，如面板外形图，MCC＆PLC面板图，电气原理图，单线图，电缆布线和布局，电气连接和接线图等。

2.     Responsible for the preparation of HMI and programing, At least familiar with the programming of Siemens series touch screen and WINCC supervisory. Can complete the programming work independently, can verify the supplier programming bug

负责控制画面编写和控制程序编写以及检验，至少熟练掌握西门子系列产品触摸屏及上位机的相关画面制作和编程。可独立完成编程工作，可检验供应商编程语句正确型。

3.     Responsible for the design of I/O list, Alarm list and cable list.

负责I / O列表，报警列表和电缆列表的设计。

4.     Responsible for Selecting Electrical Components For PLC panel, Power distribution panel, Motor Control Panel, Junction box, cable, cable tray, instrumentation, and Making data sheet or Specification for purchase. Quotation of the panel .

负责选择电气元件用于PLC面板，配电盘，电机控制面板，接线盒，电缆，电缆桥架，仪表，以及制作数据表或购买规格，电控柜询价

5.     Knew municipal waste water process , responsible for PLC and HMI FAT, commissioning, trouble shooting at plant and project site

了解市政污水处理相关工艺，负责PLC和HMI FAT，调试，工厂和项目现场故障排除

6.     Responsible for planning and self-monitoring daily engineering and design work assignments.

负责规划和自我监控日常工程和设计工作任务。

7.     Attend to factory acceptance test at Supplier’s premises and commissioning on site .

参加供应商处的验收测试及项目现场调试。

8.     Provide engineering advice and support to proposal, engineers, Project Managers, and customer service personnel, Represents the company for outside customer discussions and technical reviews.

为项目经理和客户服务人员提供工程建议和支持，代表公司进行外部客户讨论和技术评审。

·       Lead approval of international standards like CE and UL for electrical cabinets and company products.

Qualification 资格：

1.     Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical) with 7~10 years work experience.

工程（电气）专业学士，7至10年工作经验

Experience in electrical and control cabinet design up to at least 200 Amps，at least familiar with Siemens product design电气和控制柜设计经验（至少200安培），至少熟练掌握西门子相关产品设计。

2．   Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Electrical AutoCAD.

了解Microsoft Office应用程序（Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Outlook）和Electrical AutoCAD。

3．   Ability to complete all kinds of electrical drawings independently.

能够独立完成各种电气图纸。

Ability to complete programming of touch screen and WINCC supervisory independently

4．   Ability to complete PLC&HMI FAT, commissioning and trouble shooting

 能够独立完成PLC、HMI FAT，调试和故障排除

5．   Strong communication skills, both verbal and written In English.

6．   Experience in achieving foreign standards (CE, UL) is an added advantage.

7．   Willing to travel intensively.
