Responsiblity 职责 

1. Assist GM in the daily works, document/materials preparation and filing, expense reimbursement etc. 辅助总经理的日常工作，文件的归档和管理，费用报销等； 

2. Research and prepare presentations and speeches, incl. slides and other supporting documents 研究和准备演示及发言稿，包括其它辅助资料； 

3. Routine reception work, important meeting and event arrangement, traveling management etc. 平时的接待工作、重要的会务和活动的安排及差旅管理等； 

4. Expatriate travelling and accommodation arrangement, expense reimbursement etc. 外籍专家的差旅和食宿安排，费用报销等； 

5. Secretary work during important meetings and conferences 重要会务的秘书工作； 

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor, follow up the results and report timely 完成由主管交办的其它工作，追踪结果并及时汇报 

Requirement 要求 

1. Bachelor degree or above with at least 3-year working experience of Administration, Marketing or as Secretary in multinational companies 本科以上学历/3年以上在跨国公司的行政、市场或秘书相关工作经验； 

2. Proficient in both English and Mandarin 英语及普通话流利； 

3. Proficient in MS Office software (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) 熟练使用微软办公软件（特别是Outlook、Word、Excel和PowerPoint等）； 

4. Strong analytic skills and understanding for working procedures 强有力的分析能力，及对工作流程的理解能力 

5. Strong communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with internal departments and external partners 强有力的沟通技能， 能有效地内、外协调； 

6. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, confidentiality and ability to work independently 责任、可靠和保密意识强，能独立工作

GEEO Automotive is an international automotive engineering services company which provides vehicle engineering, show car design and build, and prototype fabrication services to automotive OEM and Tier supplier companies.
    The company provides a broad range of vehicle engineering services with the emphasis in the entire process of vehicle design and development, engineering and certification support for the exportation of domestic passenger cars to Europe and the United States, prototypes and show car manufacturing. It has recently added vehicle road testing and vehicle kit modifications to its product portfolio.
