Summary:

工作概述：

1. Responsible for all aspects of Purchasing (direct and indirect) for Arrowhead Products China. 负责APC采购的各个方面(直接和间接)。

2. Responsible for material purchasing planning for Arrowhead Products China which will ensure the supply of quality material and continually drive for the lowest total landed cost. 负责APC物料采购计划，以确保优质材料的供应，并持续推动最低总着陆成本。

Detail:

3. Transitions all aspects of purchasing into systematic processes in our MRP system. Leads the deployment of MRP purchasing. 将采购的各个方面转变为公司MRP系统中的系统流程，领导MRP采购的部署。

4. Design all of the materials(Raw&Packing)purchasing requests according to inventory and sales demand as well asproduction plan.根据库存、销售需要及生产计划制定物料采购计划。

5. To confirm, arrange shipping and tracking arrivaldate. Desigh the delivery schedule according to the inventory level and production process.确认 安排发货及跟踪到货日期，根据库存及生产进度制定交货计划。

6. Work with OA and Sales to proceed the new products developing project.与质量 销售一起做好新产品的开发。

7. Categorizes the required vendor spend, to be managed via Long Term Agreements, to manage risk, liability and to optimize Total Landed Cost. 对所需供应商支出进行分类，通过长期协议进行管理，以管理风险、责任和优化总着陆成本。

8. Drive analytics and disposition of slow moving inventory. 推动分析和处理缓慢流动的库存。

Qualification Requirements

资格要求：

1. BA / BS Degree (or Equivalent) with Emphasis in Purchasing Management.学士学位(或同等学历)，着重采购管理。

2. Minimum of four 5 years of managerial experience in Supply Chain Management or Materials Management.至少5年以上供应链管理或物料管理经验。

3. ISM or APICS Certification. 有ISM或APICS证书。

4. Expert Knowledge in MRP systems. 具有MRP系统专业知识。

5. Refined presentation skills to and effective communication skills with executives.完善与管理人员的表达和有效的沟通技巧。

6. Exceptional negotiation skills within a matrixed environment with experience negotiating major contracts.在主要合同谈判经验的母系环境中具有出色的谈判技巧。
