岗位职责：
1、了解客户需求及意见反馈,解决客户的问题；
2、对客户职业生涯规划提供良好的解决方案；
3、建立和维护客户关系，管理咨询客户档案；
4、配合与协调客户部营销活动的策划及实施组织；
5、协助客户部与各大高校及客户建立良好的合作关系，建立良好服务品质。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，计算机或市场销售等相关专业；
2、形象气质好、亲和力强，普通话标准，沟通、应变能力强，思路清晰有耐心；
3、有责任心，能承受一定的工作压力，
4、具有极强的工作责任感和良好的团队合作、服从精神；
5、自发性强 ，抗压性强，愿意接受挑战。
6、在学校担任过学生干部的优秀应届毕业生可考虑；
