Duties and Responsibilities (Accountabilities)

    

    

1. Be responsible on business data’s collection, checking and analysis, build and improve regular data reporting system;

    

销售数据的建立、整理、核对及分析，构建完善日常数据报告体系；

    

2. Able to continuously dig out regular and historical data, finding potential risks and improvement points of existing business. Assist to analyze the data of importers/distributors/the platforms of retail and EC, finding out advantages/disadvantages and abnormal situation with supporting of data analysis.

    

能够持续挖掘日常和历史数据，发现风险点和提升的机会点；并以数据为支撑协助分析进口商/经销商/零售及电商平台运营的优劣势及异常情况；

    

3. To collect and understand deeply regards to business department’s needs on various data analysis. Able to do specific data analysis, such as channels, users, activity data to find out problems quickly and accurately through data monitoring.

    

收集并深入了解团队对数据的需求，专项分析渠道、用户、活动数据，通过数据监控能快速精准的发现问题。

    

4. Be responsible for regular business reports, such as monthly, quarterly by various angles.

    

负责月度例会分析等各类分析报告。

    

5. To communicate with corresponding persons of importers.

    

对接进口商相关人员，日常沟通。

    

6. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

    

完成直线经理分派的其他任务。

    

7. Strictly obey Company’s all policies, including but limited with anti-bribery, travel and allowance policies. Be self-disciplinary, control cost, and protect Company’s interest.

    

严格遵守公司各项规章制度，包括但不限于反腐败法，差旅和补贴政策。自我约束，控制成本，并保护公司的利益。

Qualifications

    

Around or above 5 yrs in Controlling / Business Analysis experiences

    

具有5年以上业务分析的经验

    

Good English capability, can use English as working language.

    

良好的英语能力，学历本科及以上

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    

优秀的沟通技巧和人际关系处理能力

    

Advanced PC skills in MS Excel preferred with proficiency in MS Words, PowerPoint

    

熟练操作Office 软件包括Words，PowerPoint，尤其是Excel

    

Must be free to travel as required independently 必要时能独立出差

    

Must have a clear criminal record无犯罪记录
