IT主管（基础架构方向）

工作职责：

1. 管理公司信息技术以及计算机系统。

2. 确保公司信息技术是可访问的并且配备了现有的可用的硬件和软件。

3. 监控并且维护公司信息技术并确保能够得到***化的使用。

4. 维护并且发展一个稳定的内部IT环境。

5. 依据公司业务发展需求，履行公司IT要求。

6. 根据公司以及管理层的要求，制定，维护并且更新IT政策/ SOP。

7. 管理IT团队，提升IT部门员工的工作能力。

8. 其他由直线经理布置的工作；

任职要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，IT或者相关专业。

2. 8年或以上工作经验，其中至少包括3年管理经验。

3. 熟悉ERP，CRM，SharePoint等业务系统的维护和管理。

4. 熟悉IT设备/架构的维护和管理。

5. 流利的英语书面以及口头表达能力。

6. 工作积极主动，学习能力强。

7. 优秀的团队管理能力。

8. 极强的执行力和团队合作能力，具备良好的服务意识。

9. 好的沟通表达能力。

10. 良好的抗压能力。

11. 良好的自我控制能力和时间管理技巧。

IT Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage information technology and computer systems.

2. Ensure information technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software.

3. Monitor and maintain information technology to ensure maximum access.

4. Maintain and development a stable internal IT environment.

5. Fulfil the company's IT requirements according to the business developments.

6. Formulate, maintain and update IT policies/ SOPs in line with the company and management requirements.

7. Manage the IT team and improve IT staffs' working abilities.

8. Other work arrangement by line manager;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree, IT or other related majors.

2. At least 8 years related working experience including min 3 years management working experience.

3. Familiar in managing and maintaining ERP, CRM, SharePoint etc. systems.

4. Familiar in managing and maintaining IT infrastructures.

5. Fluent English both in oral and writing;

6. Proactive, strong learning ability;

7. Excellent team management ability;

8. Strong executive ability and team cooperation ability, with good service consciousness;

9. Good communication skills;

10. Good compressive capacity;

11. Good ability of self-control and time management skills.
