职位描述 / GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:                                    

  

协调处理各种有关电脑系统的技术事务，如安装、维修和程序。按要求更新和培训用户。

  

Coordinate diverse technical chores related to computer systems, such as installation, maintenance and programs. Update and train users as required.

  

           

  

责任与义务 / RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:                                                                                                           

  

给生产区、支持部门提供电脑系统的在建和管理支持。遵守环境与质量政策和适用的质量和环境管理系统。遵守车间安全和健康政策，以及有关适用的说明指引。

  

Supports production areas, support departments, with computer systems in processes and management.   Comply with Environmental and quality Policies, and the applicable Quality and Environmental Management Systems.   Comply with Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.

  

           

  

工作内容 / ACTIVITIES:

  

• 安装、维护和更新软件和硬件 

  Installs, maintains and updates software and hardware.

• 创建系统 

  Creates systems.

• 安装和维护本地网络

  Installs and maintains the local network.

• 集聚软硬件提供服务

  Centralizes hardware and software to provide service.

• 安装、维护和更新软硬件

  Installs, maintains and updates software and hardware.

• 根据电脑需求给支持人员撰写说明并准备培训

  Writes instructions and prepares training to support personnel and areas with computer needs.

• 可以出差

  Able to travel.

• 积极参与持续改善计划和成本控制目标

  Participates actively in the continuous improvement process and cost reduction goals.

• 完成IT工程师分配的其他职责

  Other Duties as assigned by IT Engineer

• 及时高效的完成ITSS分配的工作。

  Can finish the job ITSS assigned timely and efficiently.

• 较强的责任心和团队合作精神和愿意在压力下工作。

  Strong sense of responsibility and team work and be willing to work under pressure.

• 独立安装和调试网络打印机和复印机，能独立处理日常打印机和复印机故障。

  Install and debug printer and copier independently, and fix daily problem for printer and copier.

• 如遇紧急情况，能接受晚上安排的加班。

  For emergency,can accept work overtime in the evening.

   

                                                      

技术知识要求和能力 TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

  

• 有UNIX, Netware, DOS, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows NT, Windows2008 or Windows2012,Windows NT Workstation方面的电脑软硬件经验

  Experience in UNIX, Netware, DOS, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows NT, Windows2008 or Windows2012 Windows NT, Windows NT Workstation computer hardware and software.

• 熟悉局域网的创建和维护。

  Familiar with create and maintain Local networks.

• 熟悉数据库的创建和维护。

  Familiar with create and maintain Data bases (RDBMS)

• 熟悉条码打印机和普通网络打印机安装和维护。

  Familiar with install and maintain Barcode Printer and normal network printer.

• 熟悉账户的创建，修改，删除和文件服务器权限的设置

  Familiar with user account creation, modification,deletition  and  Folder permission configuration.

• 汪得力员工测试得分20分以上。

  Pass Wonderlic score of 20 or greater.

• 熟悉办公软件。

  Familiar with Microsoft office software.

• 熟悉网络布线工程。

  Familiar network cabling project.

   

  学历要求 / EDUCATION:

                                    

• 大专或以上

  Junior Colleague or higher

• 英文书写流利，能理解和进行日常的英文电邮沟通。

  Fluent in written English,Understand and communicate by daily English  E-mail.

   

  工作经验 / EXPERIENCE:

            

• 1年系统领域方面和域环境网络工作经验 。

  Experience in1 years in systems area and Domain environment .

• 有条码打印机和日常打印机维护经验优先。

  Experience in barcode printer and normal printer.
