- 管理中国员工的薪酬福利及内部相关系统,确保数据准确、及时发放。Manage payroll, benefit and ADP system related operation work for China hired all employees. Ensure the data accuracy and on-time delivery.
- 负责中国员工含本地雇佣外籍员工的个税计算,支持员工的年度汇算清缴,和财务部门合作进行月度个税申报。Be responsible for the Individual Income Tax calculation for China hired all employees, including local hired foreigners. Support China employees’ annual tax filling. Work with Finance to complete monthly IIT declaration.
- 主导部分共享服务中心流程改进或关键业务交付。参与人力资源部门大型项目并推进共享服务中心所属的工作流。Lead the project for HRSSC process enhancement or key business delivery. Join HR projects and drive the workstream under HRSSC.
- 为持续改进内部操作流程和提升员工体验及时提供反馈和建议,更新内部操作流程,通过不断推进流程改进来提升工作效率和员工体验;Provide the feedback and suggestion for internal process enhancement and employee experience improvement. Update operation procedure. Drive for the efficiency and customer experience enhancement.
- 熟知公司内部人力资源管理相关制度、流程,回答员工通过热线、在线聊天工具及内部网站所咨询的问题;Be familiar with internal HR related policy and Process. Answer employees’ questions raised though HR hotline, online chat and HR Portal.
- 在工单系统中处理并记录员工提出的问询和解决方案,并对相关电子文件在系统中进行存档; 根据员工集中咨询、反馈的问题,不断完善FAQ(Frequently Ask Questions)及指导文件;Handle customer inquiries and record the resolutions in internal system. File the related documents. Keep updating FAQ and guide book, based on the frequently ask questions from customers.
- 向内部员工宣传推广新的人力资源服务模式,持续提升员工体验。Promote new HR delivery module to internal employees. Keep enhancing employee experience.
- 持续监测团队的业务指标,和共享服务中心印度的团队协调配合,力争为中国员工提供及时、高质量的服务。Keeping monitoring the key metrics of China Satellite center. Cooperate with HRSSC India team to provide on-time service with quality to China employees.
职位要求
Requirement:
- 6年以上大型企业人力资源相关工作经验, 2年以上直接薪酬管理、个税计算及申报的经验,熟悉中国劳动法相关的法律法规;6 years above working experience in HR field, 2 years above hands on experience on payroll management, tax calculation and declaration experience. Solid knowledge on China labor law.
- 良好的沟通、协调能力Good communication and cooperation skill
- 客户为中心的服务理念Customer centric mindset
- 主动推进工作,对流程改进有较高的敏感度Be actively to drive the work. Have the acumen to enhance the process
- 可以正常用英文开展工作English as the working language
