TASKS AND RESPONSIBULITIES

• Develop the business plan and strategy for China WTA business, design the strategic and tactical sales initiatives with execution plans
• Establish a team with effective and productive structures and processes, and with sales, application, technical support, and service capabilities
• Manage and bring in the sales and technical support members together and other resources for the execution of projects, to close the business deals
• Maintain good relationship with existing KA and SA accounts, and develop new ones with good strategies
• Interact operating companies, JVs within the company in great China for close corporations
• Develop and manage the distribution channels
• Coach junior sales personnel with CSP and TAS approaches
• Contribute to forecast and annual sales projection
• Meet sales targets with healthy profits
• Contribute to marketing and communications strategy and plan for WTA business
• Discover local customer needs to help the initiatives on future product offers

TECHNICAL and BUsiness COMPETENCE

• The knowledge of water treatment chemicals
• The knowledge of water and waste water treatment technologies and processes for industrial and municipal markets
• The ability of KA and SA development and management  in various markets
• The knowledge of distribution channel development and management       
• Good sense of business practices and commercial matters, on bidding, contract T&Cs, compliances in competition

ESSENTIALS   

• >10 years of sales / related experiences in water and waste water treatment for municipal and industrial markets, proven sales track record of exceeding quotes and revenue targets. 
• Must have experience in direct and indirect product or component sales to end-users as well as to EPC / KA / SA accounts, prior experience in selling WTA is preferred
• >3-5 year of leadership experience in team building and management  in a must
• Must have intercultural working experiences (or MNC)

                    

OTHER SKILLS

• Good communication and people skills
• Good English ability both in written and speaking
• A team player who also can lead

                

    

Education Background

• BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering , environmental  Science or Engineering
• MS in Science or Engineering, or a MBA
