Roles and Responsibilities:

□根据成品需求计划或客户订单安排并执行成品运送计划。

Manage and execute daily activities of finished product to maintain a reasonable inventory and satisfy customer requirements on delivering and settlement in assigned area.

□根据客户需求，跟踪订单的生产情况，发现问题及时协调解决。

According to customer's requirement, follow up the production situation of the order and solve the problem in time.

□及时处理客户订单及其它需求，跟踪协调成品的发送工作，确保如期交货。

Deal with customer orders and other requirements in time, track and coordinate the delivery of products to ensure

delivery on time.

□提供并更新客户需求信息，确保系统准确性。

Provide and update customer demand information and ensure the accuracy of the system.

□负责中转库的管理，审核，考评，合同洽谈，中转库费用的预提，报销。

Responsible for the transit warehouse management, audit, KPI, contract and TW cost.

□跟踪中转库不良品的退回申请及处理；根据中转库反馈对运输公司表现进行考评。

Tracking the issues of NG goods, evaluating the transport company according to the TW.

□处理其他因中转库交付产生的问题。

Handling of other delivery issues due to TW.

Knowledge Required and Functional Competencies:

□客户关系维护Customer focus.

□熟练使用Office软件Familiar with Microsoft Office System such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

□熟悉ERP（QAD为佳）Familiar with ERP ( QAD is preferred )
