岗位职责

1. 完成公司发布的公众信息内容的策划、日常更新与维护，包括但不限于公司的微信公众号、微博号、头条号、网站、期刊、宣传册等；
2. 负责上述公共信息平台的内容策划、素材整理、写作、编辑、校对；负责在授权范围内对发布内容进行审核、发布；
3. 收集、研究和协助处理受众的反馈意见；
4. 拓展媒体渠道，尤其是新媒体渠道的开发和创新；
5. 协助优化学校网站内容，促进学校网站推广；
6. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求

1. 新闻，中文，广告，公共关系、市场营销等相关专业，大学本科及以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验；
2. 能以英语作为工作语言；英文听说读写能力优秀，有英语国家留学经历者优先；
3. 具有发散性创意思维，善于独立思考，洞察力强，并具备良好的学校形象意识；
4. 较强的文案策划能力，优秀的中文写作能力，写作经验丰富，表达流畅，能适应各种文风；
5. 有较强的逻辑思维和新闻敏感度，具备负面舆论应对、舆论危机处置的相关知识和经验；
6. 熟悉市场推广，品牌策划的整体流程，具有一定的市场分析能力；
7. 有微信、微博、网站、头条号等主要新媒体工具的运维经验；熟悉微信、微博、头条号等主流新媒体平台的运营模式和产品；
8. 有教育行业工作经历，或以往工作内容对接教育行业者优先。
