Job description:

• You will be a member of E/E team in R&D department, where we develop electrical and electronics systems for automatic transmissions and full electric/hybrid powertrains.

• You will be responsible for the activities related to the industrialization, production and root cause analysis of electronic products such as TCU (Transmission Control Unit), MDE (Motor Drive Electronics), wiring harness, sensors, etc.

These activities include:  

• Electronics design changes on existing electronic products for improvements and cost reductions.
• Testing of electronics products to validate functionality
• Creating and releasing production packages with end of line testing specifications.
• Communication/support to electronic manufacturing suppliers (EMS).
• Production process evaluation.
• Audit EMS and participate in PPAPs.
• Participate and/or lead 8D teams in analysis of electronic products
• 任职资格：
• Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent
• 2-5 years’ experience in automotive industry or similar products
• You have knowledge and experience in the field of electronics from design to production.
• Knowledge and experience in the field of embedded software is an asset.
• Experience with manufacturing processes of electronics products is an asset.
• Familiarity with automotive processes (ISO/TS 16949) and functional safety (ISO26262) is an asset.
• Thanks to your strong communication skills and good knowledge of English, you excel at teamwork and are strong in reporting knowledge and results.
• You are an independent, perseverant and systematic worker with a goal-oriented and analytical mindset.
