You will join a team of control strategy and modelling experts within the Application Group.  You will not only take part in the design of control strategies in the different powertrain components, but also in the physical modelling of these components, both for conventional and hybrid vehicles.  

You play a major role in Model Based Design processes (modelling, validation, prototyping, calibration & testing). 

You play a major role in vehicle performance simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink model. 

The progress and quality of project-related issue solving. 

A good customer support and image of Punch to the customer. 

Takes initiative to continuously improve and innovate 

任职资格：

Above Bachelor degree in the field of mechatronics or electro-technics.

Project management 

3-year of experience in a similar project environment is an asset. 

Proceed according to a good methodology in development and problem solving.  

Driver’s license, good at vehicle drivability evaluation is a plus. 

Sense of responsibility 

Self-motivation for new knowledge 

Very Good Communication in Chinese and English
