Responsibilities:

- Block and SoC level DFT implementation and verification, including SCAN, MBIST, BSD, JTAG, .etc

- Co-work with Front-End and Back-End for Synthesis optimization and timing closing

- Develop high coverage and cost effective test patterns, support for bring-up and yield analysis

- Support for power analysis and develop low-power design

- Support other teams for DFT related problems

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of SCAN/ATPG, MBIST, BSD, JTAG and other DFT techniques

- Good knowledge of industry DFT tools like DFTMAX, TetraMax ,TestKompress, FastScan, Tessent Mbist, SMS, .etc

- Good knowledge of ASIC/FPGA design, including Synthesis, STA, verification and RTL coding

- Experience with post-simulation and x issues clean

- Experience with EDA tools, such as VCS/NCverilog/DC/PT/Formality, .etc

- Proficient in Verilog, System Verilog or VHDL

- Be familiar with Shell/TCL/Perl/Python/Makefile programming, or skilled in C programming

- Good English communication capabilities

- Self-motivated and good team player
