Addasound is now looking to employ an Account Manager to cover EMEA & Asia, and help take the company to the next level.

Responsibilities 责任
· Sells & promotes CC&O (Contact Centers & Offices) products through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
· Effectively implement sales strategies and marketing programs in assigned territory
· Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
· Establish and maintain working relationships with a variety of channel partners including distributors, dealers, system integrators, alliance partners and solution providers
· Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
· Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
· Develop and implement annual plans with supporting quarterly updates
· Represent the company at various trade associations and meetings to demonstrate and promote our products
· Proactively recruits new qualifying partners
· Any other duties as assigned

· ·积极招募新的合格合作伙伴

Requirements要求
· Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Business or Marketing degree
· Experience in call center and unified communication industry would be an added advantage
· 5 - 7 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience especially in Call Centers, BPOs & Enterprise AV/IT markets
· Experience in foreign business and excellent English language ability
· Experience in presenting to groups of senior executives, managers, clients, customers and/or channel partners
· Extremely organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
· Excellent communications skills and possess ability to be a team player
· regular visits to partners and clients in assigned territory -EMEA & Asia,and submit visiting reports
· Highly ethical standards
· Ability to work independently

Reporting to Sales Director, you must have a proven track record in developing sales strategies and sales results in a growth oriented organization. Ideally, you have gained this experience in the field of telecommunications and have profound knowledge of Unified Communications, AV/IT or high tech product sales. In addition, we expect you to have strong business acumen, thorough work experience with channel development and management.
As a person you are characterized by having excellent people skills which in turn result in your ability to create and sustain strong professional relations. You are ambitious and driven to achieve outstanding results primarily for yourself and the company in general. You must be able to communicate fluently in spoken/written English,another language for instance German is considered an advantage.
