1. Take a lead in establishing or optimizing BLI Beacon technology based single B cell cloning with Harbour transgenic mice, wild animals and human PBMC.

2. Lead a team to develop Single Cell RNA-seq and Single Cell Analysis technologies in HBM.

3. Supervisor the team of monoclonal antibody generation by hybridoma, single B- cell cloning or other methods required for a specific therapeutic program.

4. Perform data analysis and data summary; prepare progress report and present the data to upper manager or collaborator in Chinese or English.

5. This position will also be responsible for maintaining/generating documents and records on daily basis, coordinate laboratory tasks across the company and perform additional duties as assigned.

任职要求：

1. PhD or equivalent with 5 or more years experience with major or training in biology or biochemistry related field, MS/BS in biology background with > 10 years relevant experience.

2. Extensive experience in one or more of the following technologies including single cell analysis, B-cell cloning, molecular biology, hybridoma, etc.

3. Extensive experience in screening assays such as ELISA, FACS, Acumen/Mirraball, iQue, HTRF, etc. Extensive knowledge or experience in biologics functional is a plus.

4. Mammalian cell culture experience and skills are highly desired.

5. Strong capability of team work and handling multi-tasks, good communication skills in both Chinese and/or English and ability of coordinating activities cross functional groups. Grant or patent application experience is a big plus.

6. Trained in notebook recording, data analysis and report preparation.

7. Good organizational and planning skills in order to meet deadlines and to handle multi tasks.

8. Strong aspiration for drug discovery work, diligent, self-motivated, independent, strong sense of responsibility.

9. Be able to record and present results in both Chinese and English.

10. Good interpersonal skills for building relationships across functions internally and externally. Effective collaboration with co.
